Who we are

Freshest is a mobile car wash service operating in the Scarborough area (postcodes YO11, YO12, YO13). The site is run by Alfie Stonehouse. If you need to get in touch about your data, email freshestvaleting@gmail.com or call 07742 111 814.

What we collect and why

• Your name, email, phone number — so we can identify your account and reach you about your booking.
• Booking details (date, time, address, postcode, car make/model/registration, any notes you give us) — so we can show up at the right place and clean the right car.
• Anonymous page-view stats — we log which pages you visit using a short, anonymous identifier derived from your session. No cookies are used for tracking, and we don't share this with anyone.

What we do not collect

• No advertising trackers, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel.
• No payment card details (cash in hand only at the moment).
• No location tracking.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account and booking history for as long as your account exists. If you want your data deleted, email us and we'll wipe your account within 14 days. Anonymous page-view logs are cleared periodically.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account. Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Where your data lives

Everything is stored in a single database on a UK-hosted server. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Cookies

We only use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.

Reviews

If you leave a review, your first name and the type of valet you booked may appear publicly on our homepage. We never show your email, phone number, address, or car registration.
